Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE MARITIME HISTORY OF ST MARY'S ISLAND, WHITLEY BAY, ITS LIGHTHOUSE AND THE FLORA AND FAUNA OF THE SURROUNDING AREA; TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF WHITLEY BAY AND SURROUNDING AREA BY ASSOCIATING THOSE RESIDENTS AND VOLUNTARY AND STATUTORY ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMAN EFFORT TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
