TO PRESERVE OR ASSIST IN THE PRESERVATION OF LIFE AND PREVENTION OF INJURY PRIMARILY WITHIN OR WITHOUT THE WATERS OF THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS AND SUCH OTHER AREAS THAT THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION MAY THINK FIT BY:
(I) THE PROMOTION OF SAFETY AT SEA AND
(II) THE SUPPORT OF AIR AND SEA RESCUE.
