FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE SERVED BY THE MILTON ABBAS SURGERY, MILTON ABBAS IN THE COUNTY OF DORSET: 1) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS BY THE PROVISION OF SUCH EQUIPMENT AS THE COMMITTEE AT THEIR DISCRETION SHALL DECIDE, WHICH IT IS NOT THE LOCAL AUTHORITY'S STATUTORY DUTY TO PROVIDE: AND 2) THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF PUBLIC HEALTH BY FOSTERING THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE STANDARD OF PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF PATIENT PARTICIPATION.
