THE OBJECTS OF THE CENTRE ARE: (1) TO ADVANCE HINDU RELIGION (2) TO RELIEVE THE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF MEMBERS OF THE HINDU COMMUNITY (3) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THE ELDERLY AND FRAIL THROUGH THE PROVISION OF DAY CARE SERVICES TO ALLEVIATE LONELINESS AND ISOLATION (4) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN THE CULTURE OF THE HINDU COMMUNITY (5) TO PROMOTE GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN MEMBERS WITH VARIOUS FAITH GROUPS IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK
