1. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY THE ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOLS WORLDWIDE WITH AN EMPHASIS UPON AFRICA AND INDIA AT WHICH INFANTS, CHILDREN AND STUDENTS MAY OBTAIN EDUCATION AND INSTRUCTION WITHOUT REGARD TO ANY RELIGIOUS DENOMINATION IN ACADEMIC, SPORTING, MUSICAL, CULTURAL, SCIENTIFIC, TECHNICAL, RELIGIOUS, VOCATIONAL, SOCIAL AND COMMERCIAL SUBJECTS, ACTIVITIES AND CRAFTS OF EVERY DESCRIPTION AND WITH PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVE REGARD TO: 1.1 CHILDREN WHOSE PARENT OR PARENTS HAVE DIED AS A RESULT OF CONTRACTING HIV AND AIDS; OR 1.2 CHILDREN WHO BY REASON OF THEIR POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD OTHERWISE BE EXCLUDED FROM SUCH FACILITIES.
