Charitable objects
3.1 THE OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") OF THE CHARITY ARE:
3.1.1 IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL, TO ORGANISE OR PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE ORGANISATION OR PROVISION OF A SPORTS AND LEISURE CENTRE TO INCLUDE AN ICE RINK AND ANCILLARY FACILITIES FOR SPORT OR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC INCLUDING SCHOOL, COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY USE AND USE BY SPORTS AND OTHER GROUPS, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF ICE HOCKEY AND FOR SPECTATORS.
3.1.2 TO SUPPORT OR CARRY OUT SUCH OTHER OBJECTS AND PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
