THE TRUST FUND BEING THE INVESTMENTS COMPRISING THE SAME AS MAY BE VARIED FROM TIME TO TIME AND ANY INCOME ARISING THEREFROM UPON TRUST FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND SHALL SUBJECT TO CLAUSE 9 OF THE WILL (WHICH PROVIDES FOR SCHOLARSHIPS AND SPONSORSHIP FOR STUDENTS IN NIGERIA TO STUDY OVERSEAS) PAY DISTRIBUTE AND APPLY THE SAME FOR AND AMONG THE CHARITABLE SOCIETIES OBJECTS OR PURPOSES AS MY TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT AND AT SUCH TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AND PROPORTIONS THEY THINK FIT.
