Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT THE SCHOOL. IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS BUT NOT FURTHER OR OTHERWISE THE SOCIETY MAY: (I) FOSTER THE INTERESTS OF PUPILS OF BRENTWOOD SCHOOL BY PROMOTING CLOSER RELATIONSHIPS AMONGST PARENTS, FRIENDS, OLD BRENTWOODS AND STAFF AND ENCOURAGING CO-OPERATION BETWEEN HOME AND SCHOOL. (II) ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS ATTENDING IT. (III) PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL, NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE GOVERNORS. (IV) ENDEAVOUR TO PROMOTE A SENSE OF COMMUNITY AMONGST THE PUPILS' PARENTS, TEACHERS, GOVERNORS AND OTHER PERSONS CONNECTED TO THE SCHOOL.
