TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF A VILLAGE HALL TO BE HELD UPON CHARITABLE TRUSTS, NAMELY FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES OR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF COTON IN THE COUNTY OF CAMBRIDGESHIRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") AND FOR OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
