(A) THE MINISTRIES IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECT: TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION THROUGHOUT THE U.K. (B) THE MINISTRIES IN CARRYING OUT THE SAID OBJECT SHALL HAVE AND MAY EXERCISE (BUT ONLY TO THE EXTENT TO WHICH THE SAME MAY LAWFULLY BE EXERCISED BY A COMPANY HAVING EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS) ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING POWERS: (SEE MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION)
