TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE PERFORMING ARTS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE FROM THE AGE OF 3 WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF CLASS, CREED, COLOUR OR DISABILITY AND TO BUILD AND MAINTAIN A PURPOSE BUILT THEATRE WITH FACILITIES FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE.
