TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN UNDERWATER ACTIVITIES IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE FOLLOWING MEANS: (I) THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN THE SKILLS OF UNDERWATER DIVING USING SELF-CONTAINED UNDERWATER BREATHING APPARATUS (SCUBA); (II) THE TRAINING OF OTHERS IN THE SKILLS REQUIRED TO TEACH PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AS IN (I) ABOVE.
