(A) THE TRUST WILL PROMOTE SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INTO THE BIOLOGY OF VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL GROWTH FACTOR ("VEGF") AND ITS ROLE IN HUMAN DISEASE. (SEE SECOND PARAGRAPH TO (A) FOR FURTHER DETAILS) (B) THE TRUST WILL PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF TECHNICIANS, STUDENTS, RESEARCH FELLOWS ("RESEARCH TRAINEES") IN THE BIOLOGY OF VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL GROWTH FACTOR.
