Charitable objects
THE FRIENDS IS ESTABLISHED TO MAINTAIN, RESTORE, PRESERVE, REPAIR AND IMPROVE THE PARISH CHURCH OF ST NICHOLAS, OTHAM IN THE DIOCESE OF CANTERBURY (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE CHURCH) AND THE MONUMENTS, FITTINGS, FIXTURES, STAINED GLASS, FURNITURE, ORNAMENTS AND CHATTELS IN THE CHURCH AND CHURCHYARD BELONGING TO THE CHURCH.
