TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF DOGS WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN KENNELS AND RESCUE HOMES OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION AND CARE OF UNWANTED DOGS AND THE TREATMENT OF SICK OR ILL-TREATED DOGS.
