THE RELIEF OF REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS RESIDENT IN MERSEYSIDE AND ADJACENT AREAS, WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE;
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, OTHER STATUTORY AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND ASYLUM SEEKERS IN ORDER TO ASSIST THEIR INCLUSION INTO THE WIDER COMMUNITY.
