TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND WELL BEING OF CHILDREN IN THE NORTHERN AND EASTERN PROVINCES OF SRI LANKA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE ATTENDING JAFFNA HINDU COLLEGE, BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL AND OTHER SUPPORT.
