FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 23 IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF WEIGHT-LIFTING FACILITIES, COACHING FEES AND TRAVEL EXPENSES TO ENCOURAGE AND ENABLE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE IN WEIGHT-LIFTING.
