THE INCOME THEREON SHALL BE APPLIED IN PERPETUITY BY THE TRUSTEES ACTING ON RECOMMENDATIONS FROM TIME TO TIME RECEIVED FROM THE COUNCIL TOWARDS THE IMPROVEMENT OF AMENITIES FOR THE SCHOOL BY THE ERECTION OF BUILDINGS THE PURCHASE OF FREEHOLD AND LEASEHOLD LAND AND SUCH OTHER IMPROVEMENTS AS MAY BE FOR THE BENEFIT ADVANCEMENT AND WELL BEING OF THE SCHOOL
