TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN THE OXMOOR COMMUNITY UNDER THE STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE PARTICULARLY THROUGH LEARNING AND CREATIVE PLAY AND BY ENCOURAGING THE INVOLVEMENT OF PARENTS AND/OR CARERS IN THE CHILD'S DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION.
