TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND DISTRESS, TO ELIMINATE DISCRIMINATION AND PROMOTE EQUALITY TO OPPORTUNITY AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH FROM ETHNIC MINORITY COMMUNITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND OTHER CHARITABLE SERVICES CALCULATED TO RELIEVE SUCH NEEDS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID PEOPLE.
