2 TO RELIEVE SUFFERING OF HORSES AND DONKEYS AND OTHER ANIMALS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND TO PROVIDE TREATMENT FACILITIES FOR SICK OR INJURED ANIMALS.
