TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX BY THE PROVISION OF ACTIVITIES CONNECTED TO THEATRE AND DRAMA SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CAPACITIES, THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
