TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF AND PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE GOOD PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF ADULT MAKES WHO HAVE SUFFERED FROM CHILD ABUSE, AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, IN MERSEYSIDE AND IN THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, INFORMATION, COUNSELLING, AND ANY OTHER RELATED CHARITABLE FORMS OF SUPPORT AND BY RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO CHILD ABUSE, ITS CAUSES, EFFECTS AND TREATMENT.
