THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS WHO ARE TAKING PART IN THE ASSOCIATES TRAINING PROGRAMME ADMINISTERED BY THE ROYAL BALLET SCHOOL IN BIRMINGHAM AND IF POSSIBLE SUCH PERSONS SHALL INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE MALE CHILD.
