TO MAINTAIN, IMPROVE, DEVELOP, AND PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE APPRECIATION OF BRASS BAND MUSIC BY THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND BY TRAINING NEW MEMBERS OF ALL AGE GROUPS REGARDLESS OF RACE, RELIGION, AND DISABILITY AND BY OTHER SUCH WAYS AS THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE AND TO FOSTER THE SPIRIT OF FELLOWSHIP WITHIN THE BAND MOVEMENT
