1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND DISTRESS AMONG DISABLED PERSONS IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF MOBILITY AIDS AND AIDS TO DAILY LIVING.
2) THE PROVISION TO SUCH PERSONS OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF INCREASING THEIR MOBILITY AND INDEPENDENT LIVING AND THE PROVISION OF TRAINING IN THE USE OF SUCH EQUIPMENT.
