TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE RELIEF OF ELDERLY PERSONS WITHIN THE ASIAN COMMUNITY OF THE WEST MIDLANDS WHO ARE IN NEED, IN PARTICULAR BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AND THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
