THIS INCLUDES PROMOTING AND ADVANCING THE CARE & EDUCATION OF SUCH CHILDREN. (2) TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE TRAINING OF PERSONS IN PROVIDING PLAY, CARE & EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN IN OUT-OF-SCHOOL SETTINGS IN THE BOROUGH OF SEFTON, MERSEYSIDE.
