FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE COMMUNITY OF LLANDEFALLE AND THE FORMER CIVIL PARISH OF LLANDEFALLE IN THE COUNTY OF POWYS (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE OF MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
