II) TO BENEFIT SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE CAUSE(S) THE TRUSTEES DETERMINE ARE WORTHY, PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT THE CAUSE IS OF BENEFIT TO THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND CONSTITUTES A 'CHARITABLE CAUSE' WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE CHARITIES ACT 1993 AND THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
