TO PROVIDE FOR MEN AND WOMEN WHO ARE MEMBERS OF OUR UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD A COLLEGE FOR POST-GRADUATE WORK ESPECIALLY IN CONNECTION WITH THE STUDY BY CO-OPERATION BETWEEN ACADEMIC AND NON-ACADEMIC PERSONS OF SOCIAL (INCLUDING ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL) PROBLEMS AND ALSO FOR ANY OTHER POST-GRADUATE RESEARCH OR WORK.
