THE FOUNDATION IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY OF THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK THE FOUNDATION SHALL PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE WHICH WILL BENEFIT THAT COMMUNITY, BUT IN PARTICULAR SHALL ADVANCE EDUCATION, PROTECT GOOD HEALTH, BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL, AND SHALL RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS
