Charitable objects
(1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN INDIA PRIMARILY BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION BY THE PROVISION OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT AND BY MAINTAINING SCHOOL BUILDINGS, AND
(2) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONGST CHILDREN IN INDIA BY SUCH MEANS THAT ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AND ARE CALCULATED TO RELIEF SUCH NEEDS
