(II) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION ABOUT ANIMALS, THE ANIMAL KINGDOM AND IN THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF ANIMALS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AND TO DO ALL SUCH LAWFUL ACTS AS THE FOUNDATION MAY CONSIDER TO BE CONDUCTIVE OR INCIDENTAL TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THESE OBJECTS.
