Charitable objects
(1) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN THE EARLHAM DISTRICT OF NORWICH, PARTICULARLY BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND FUNDS NOT PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND SUPPORT OF THE EARLHAM EARLY YEARS CENTRE
(2) IN THE EVENT OF THE APPEAL'S FAILURE THE FUNDS SHALL BE APPLIED FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES RELATING TO EDUCATION IN THE EARLHAM DISTRICT OF NORWICH AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
