THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF ENGLAND AND WALES INCLUDING SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE OBJECT OR OBJECTS IN THOSE AREAS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
