TO RELIEVE GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY, PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS IN WELLINGBOROUGH IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOREGOING BY: A) THE PROVISION OF LOW COST HOUSEHOLD ITEMS IN PARTICULAR FURNITURE AND ELECTRICAL OR "WHITE" GOODS; AND THROUGH B) THE PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING, SUPPORT AND WORK EXPERIENCE FOR THOSE WHO UNDERTAKE THE ABOVE ACTIVITY.
