TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGE OF ASCOTT-UNDER-WYCHWOOD SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE INCLUDING THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROVISION AND ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES PRIMARILY BY NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS AND LOANS. 2) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE VILLAGE.
