TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE OF AFRICAN DESCENT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FROM THE KONGO, BY A) THE PROVISION OF AND ASSISTANCE IN FINDING ACCESS TO EDUCATION AND TRAINING; B) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY; C) THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION ADVICE AND ADVOCACY IN MATTERS SUCH AS WELFARE, HOUSING, HEALTH, IMMIGRATION, ASYLUM, TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETATION AS WELL AS OTHER SUPPORT AS DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE TRUSTEES; D) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
