Charitable objects
3.1 TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR ALL PEOPLE FROM BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA AND THEIR DEPENDANTS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND OVERSEAS, WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR IN DISTRESS AND ARE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 3.2 TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH OF SUCH PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES. 3.3 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND THE TRAINING OF SUCH PEOPLE AND THEIR DEPENDANTS IN NEED THEREOF TO ENABLE THEM ADVANCE IN LIFE AND ASSIST IN THEIR SETTLEMENT WITHIN THEIR ADOPTED COUNTRIES OF RESIDENCE. 3.4 FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN LONDON AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO ARE REFUGEES FROM BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH FREE AND CONFIDENTIAL ADVICE, ASSISTANCE, REPRESENTATION, COUNSELLING, TRANSLATING AND INTERPRETING SERVICES IN MATTERS OF ASYLUM, IMMIGRATION, MONEY DEBTS, WELFARE BENEFITS, HOUSING, HEALTH, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT AND BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED.
