Charitable objects

(A) TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF SUSTAINABLE AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR PERSONS IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, POVERTY OR DISTRESS, ON TERMS APPROPRIATE TO THEIR MEANS, WITHIN THE COUNTY OF CORNWALL ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT"). (B) TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND LEARNING INCLUDING TRAINING IN SKILLS RELEVANT TO SECURING EMPLOYMENT RELATING TO SUSTAINABLE BUILDING AMONG THOSE LIVING OR WORKING WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND BEYOND. (C) TO PRESERVE, PROTECT AND ENHANCE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND BEYOND BY:- (I) RAISING AWARENESS OF THE IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION ON THE CORNISH AND GLOBAL ENVIRONMENTS; (II) DEMONSTRATING THE ECONOMIC AND OTHER BENEFITS OF A SUSTAINABLE ECOLOGICAL APPROACH TO DESIGN MATERIALS SYSTEMS AND PLANNING; (III) PROVIDING INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE IN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT TO THOSE INVOLVED IN CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT.
