A) TO PROMOTE AND ORGANISE CO-OPERATION IN ACHIEVING THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF SERVICE GIVEN TO CHILDREN AND OTHERS IN CARE AND TO THAT END BRING TOGETHER IN THE ASSOCIATION FOSTER CARERS, REPRESENTATIVES OF THE AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS ENGAGED IN ADVANCING FOSTER CARE AND RELIEVING DISTRESS OF CHILDREN AND IN CARE AND TO ASSIST THEIR WORK B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO SUBSTITUTE CARE WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF FOSTER CARERS. C) THE RELIEF OF FOSTERED CHILDREN AND THEIR CARERS BY PROVIDING FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND THEIR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE
