I) THE FABRIC OF SAINT PETER'S CHURCH, NEWENDEN (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE CHURCH")
II) THE MONUMENTS, FITTINGS, FIXTURES, FURNITURE, STAINED GLASS, ORNAMENTS AND OTHER CHATTELS IN THE CHURCH AND BELONGING TO THE CHURCH; AND
III) THE CHURCHYARD (MEANING THE UPPER BURIAL GROUND) BELONGING TO THE CHURCH.
