2. THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS CAUSED BY BEREAVEMENT, MARRIAGE AND RELATIONSHIP PROBLEMS AND DRUG AND SUBSTANCE MISUSE IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING TO MEMBERS OF THE SEPHARDIC COMMUNITY.
