TO PROMOTE EDUCATION, PARTICULARLY BY SUPPORTING THE PROVISION OF TUITION FOR CHILDREN WHO HAVE FALLEN BEHIND WITH THEIR EDUCATION, OR ARE AT RISK OF EXCLUSION FROM SCHOOL.
