FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR THE RESIDENTS OF DORSET, BOURNEMOUTH, POOLE AND SURROUNDING AREAS (THE "AREA OF BENEFIT"), BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER STATUTORY AGENCIES, LOCAL AUTHORITIES, COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT FOOD AND HEALTH ISSUES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SAID PERSONS.
