Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF AFRICA, IN PARTICULAR THE INHABITANTS OF SOMALIA, KENYA AND ETHIOPIA AND FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:-
1) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION
2) TO RELIEVE POVERTY
3) AND TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE PUBLIC HEALTH
