TO RELIEVE POVERTY IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF AN ADVICE AND ADVOCACY SERVICE FOR PEOPLE IN THE GREATER LONDON AREA AND PARTICULARLY, BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE IN THE WESTMINSTER AREA WHO ARE LIVING IN POOR OR INSECURE HOUSING CONDITIONS OR WHOSE WELL-BEING IS OTHERWISE AFFECTED BY REASON OF THEIR HOUSING SITUATION IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR RACE, RELIGION, GENDER OR SEXUALITY.
