TO PROMOTE, MAINTAIN, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR THE DISADVANTAGED PUBLIC BY THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE ARTS AND CREATIVE PRACTICE GENERALLY AND IN PARTICULAR DIGITAL ART INCLUDING FILM MAKING, VIDEO, PHOTOGRAPHY, MULTIMEDIA, COLLABORATIVE AND COMBINED, AND ALL OTHER SUCH ARTS AND EDUCATIONAL AND COMMUNITY PROJECTS IN SUCH ARTS, AND FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF SUCH ARTS.
